We had excellent maintenance service thanks to all the technicians that ever came to our home . Armanda Zapien was timely, precise and efficient. He is an excellent employee. And thanks to him, Utopia is boosting its poor rating (the rating here is given to this employee).
As far as the rest of this company is concerned, I would give one to two stars, just as hundreds of others customers have done on YELP. This company is, ironically, no "utopia".
