The staff at Utopia Management impressed me with their professionalism right from the start. They are a really a hard working management company, and I have been very happy with all of their efforts.
I recently had issues paying our rent online through utopiamanagement.com, and as a result, my rent payment was going to be late. (I was having trouble with the registering process)
I called Utopia that same day (the 5th) and was transferred to Tammy. There was no answer, so I left her a voicemail. The next day I called again, then I was able to speak to her. I explained my situation to her and she was able to waive the late fee we were going to receive (since I was finally able to make our payment, on the 6th though...1 DAY LATE).
She was a very nice, kind, friendly, and patient lady. She helped me out without hestitating.
I have never met her in person, but if you ever have any questions or concerns regarding your bill statement, she s the perfect person who can help you out!
