I recently had a mix up at my bank and as a result my rent payment was sure to be late. I called Utopia to tell them the problem and i was able to get through and talk to a very nice lady. She let me know that I could come down and pay in person...and she would keep an eye out for the other payment. which she did. cool beans utopia thanks
