The guy who came out from Gresham Heating and AC was professional, big time. He came out to diagnose a problem with my furnace. He got back to me with 2 quotes pretty quick, but I'm still getting other quotes from other businesses and I have to get a loan right now, so I haven't had the work done yet. I was really satisfied with the service, though. One quote was for installing an 80% efficiency furnace and the other was for a 95% efficiency furnace. I'm trying to go with the higher efficiency option, but haven't made a final decision yet. We aren't without heat so there's no rush. I'm just still shopping around a bit.
