Ace Flooring carpeted our church. This was a large project with some tight deadlines in order to ensure that worhip services went uninterrupted. This project was large enough that it was take two weeks to complete. The building was old and once the old carpet was removed it was discovered that the floors needed work. Additionally, our building configuration has alot of angles and curves which required experienced installers. Ace Flooring met and exceeded all expectations. They proved to be excellent problem solvers, always showed up on time, kept me constantly updated, were flexible as contingencies presented themselves, and they worked collaboratively with me to establish daily plans and goals. The installers were expert craftsmen and demonstrated superb customer service skills. They truly partnered with us throughout the project and proved that they are accustomed to meeting high expectations.
