I actually had another really good bid prior to meeting with Ace Flooring, but we talked to Ace and they beat it. So, I had the contractor come out and put in the carpet, and their customer service was great. Everyone was very knowledgeable and they helped me out a lot. They let me take samples home to compare, which was a great idea because the samples looked completely different in the house than in the store.

We scheduled the install two weeks out, they were finished with everything by the time I got home. I have since refereed 2 people to Ace Flooring. I highly recommend them.
