This was my third time using Cool Temp Air. I keep coming back because they are focused on taking care of customer needs. When my heating stopped working recently, I called them and they figured out the problem promptly. Within five minutes of fixing it, my heat was working again! I really like working with this company because unlike other people I have used, they do not try to make money off of you by selling you a new heating and air unit. Instead, they focus on solving the problem and not selling you new parts. Cool Temp Air is the best!
