AG Diesel Repair solicited me with a brochure placed on my truck and, to be quite frank, I wasn't satisfied with the dealer I was going to. My truck just turned 100,000 miles, so I thought I'd look them up and I did. I was very, very happy with the end result.

They are very honest. A valve went out, so they took the turbo off, cleaned it out and flushed the engine and fuel injectors and redid the front end with new tie rods, bushings and steering rods. They have a warranty program on parts and services. They brought me home from the shop and picked me up to go back to the shop for my truck.

It's a machine. There are parts in there that don't last. You spend 60 to 70K on a machine then parts need to be replaced now that it's at 100,000 miles. There's all this expense you've incurred. I'm not happy with the production and what the dealer stands behind, so the reality is you have to take it to someone else who'll be upfront with you. I won't go back to the dealer anymore.
