Refused service after saying they would come

These guys are something else. First, they say that they will come out perform an AC inspection, then they call back a few hours later saying that they are refusing me service. What a crew, can't keep their word!

Mr. Stockton lives in an apartment complex. We have to be authorized by the owners to go on thier premises. We had to refuse service once we discovered where he lived.
