Did not do what their $ 99 AC package offers and recommends parts not needed

Was told by a Cogburn rep that 2 lbs of freon was included in the AC package. The technician told me that I didn't need any freon. Almost a week later, I needed freon and had to call another company and pay for it. I had no leaks or any other issues with the AC unit.

I called Cogburn to complain and was told someone would get back with me-- no one ever did. I just finished a online chat where the girl said she'd have someone call me back-- doubt that will happen.

They also recommened parts that were not needed as well.
