I have had multiple experiences with AC State Air. They are always very prompt in terms of scheduling. They are always on time, they keep me appraised, and they call to confirm ahead of time. I had one minor problem with a leak, so they followed up and found the problem, which was caused prior to their installation. They took care of it for no extra cost, even though it had nothing to do with the coil or their installation. I am very pleased with them.
