One of my key principles is "Do the right thing right the first time." While I have not discussed this with the Rolf's team, they appear to operate using the same principle. It drives me crazy to have to return to the shop because everything was not completed during the first visit. To date, this has NEVER happened in my experience at Rolf's -- the reason I came to Rolf's in the first place. Quality work at a fair price delivers value and with a customer-centric approach. What could be better? I was referred to Rolf's by someone else and in turn refer everyone I know. My 1997 Volvo GLT sedan drives like new because of Rolf's care and attention to detail.
