This was the first time I've used them. My water heater decided to leak and die, so I went down to the building manager and asked her what to do. She said Dolan was in the building, so I spoke to them, they looked at my situation, and they were there to do the project that afternoon. It took a while, but they were fine, and I have no negative comments at all. I'm just waiting for the inspector, but I understand that's backed up a lot.
