I really felt sorry for the service man having to deal with our outside heat system in the unbearable cold weather we had that day. He survived but I’m sure affected. At least he had fingers when we last saw him. He was quick, qualified and personable. Even talked us into several ‘deals’ for lights that would/could improve our heat.
