I have been using Chem-Dry of Colorado Springs for quite a long time. I have used them repeatedly over the past 7 or 8 years, and I have a dog who is always having accidents. They are extremely responsive and quality-oriented difference. If something is not quite perfect, they comes right back and fix it. I have only had to call them back once, and they fixed it in a heartbeat.
