You always get a live person on the phone no matter what time you call. Their techs are always friendly, timely, and explain exactly what is going on and all of your options before beginning. I find their prices to be very competitive for the area and have yet to find another company that comes close to competing with their level of professionalism. Ben Franklin is hands down the best plumbing and heating company that I have found in Summit and Park counties.
