I so appreciated Kevin's willingness to give me all the information I needed to decide which level of oil change I wanted. He also not only recommended new tires, but showed me why I needed them (they were obviously in dangerous condition). He was able to order and install the tires that day. I was very grateful since I would have hated to be driving around with my daughter and have a tire blow on the car.
