I have been using OBJ for about 8 years. I work primarily with Margeret, and they do all over our T1, phone, PRI, MPLS circuits, and internet services. They then take over your phone lines as a third party. They do not change the phone service, but they tack on extra charges each month per line. So, when my fax went down, I called Margaret and she dug into it. She was able to identify the problem and resolve everything in 24 hours. So, when you want something done, you just call them.
