Service was excellent. I don't think the cost is justified. Calculating the time involved vs. cost came to over a $1000. per hr. Cost should not be on a par with heart surgery.

Our 2 commercial roof top units were serviced. We were quoted a price with over $300 in frivolous, add on charges. The tech agreed to remove them. When he left, the heat didn't work. He came back the next day and reconnected a wire he had accidentally disconnected....
