I had used Demos Automotive Center before, and this time my car was pretty torn up. They had to replace the entire suspension, as well as the bumpers and all four rims and tires. I only rated them a 4 for service because it took a little longer than I expected, but that is no issue at all when you get your car back and see what a great job they did. And they kept me informed pretty well. I had to call to check on the status a little more than I would have liked, but they kept me informed.

When they were finished I found a small dent that they missed. It was just a tiny one, but I went back the next day. They called me in the afternoon to have me bring it in for their guy to do a paintless dent repair, and it looks perfect. They rematched the paint perfectly. The parts all appear to be genuine and the gaps between the hood and everything appears to be flush. It is just about perfect, which is what I have come to expect from them in terms of the bodywork they do, but this is the first time I have had them do mechanical work. They had to replace the entire suspension, and I have driven in a variety of situations since and it feels good. The alignment feels good and the suspension feels good. It feels like a brand new car. They did an extremely good job.
