John came to our house initially to provide an estimate to install wall-to-wall carpeting in two bedrooms and a large hallway. After he pulled back the old carpet to see the flooring underneath, he recommended refinishing the 1920's heart-of-pine flooring that was consistent with the rest of the house. I was hesitant because of what I remembered about dust, fumes, time issue and moving out from having it done before. He assured me the whole project would be less than a week, with a minimum of dust and fumes. It would not require us to move out. He and his team of professionals worked hard to match the stain on the existing floors and mouldings until they got it as close as possible. They were at our house early in the mornings and stayed late each night; the project was completed in four days. We continued to be able to use our upstairs during the entire process with little inconvenience. I would definitely recommend this company for any flooring project.
