They provided not only the best customer service possible, but also the best price. I am a comparison shopper and educated consumer, so I talked with a lot of companies. They had the best prices, by far. I even spoke with a few independent contractors (one man band type guys) and JD Floor Store was still the cheaper option.

On my hardwood floor installation, I noticed a scratch after everything had been installed. I pointed it out and they had their whole crew come back and replace just one piece of wood. They WANTED to do it, to make sure I was 100 happy.

Also, the crew scuffed up my newly painted walls. I had them paint over the scuffs. This was done with a great attitude, again, they said sorry, we'll fix it. However, I gave them the wrong paint (it was matte, but I gave them semi-gloss by accident). Even though I told them I'd re-do it myself, they refused to let me and went over the scuffs AGAIN.
