We're returning customers (for the third time!) and J D Flooring was the first and only company we considered to install hardwoods in the only room in our home which remained carpeted.

Once again, the company provided real value for money.

The installation crew were great. They arrived on time, did a professional job and cleaned up afterwards. All in all, an excellent job.

J D Flooring's back office "systems", however, were less impressive; they spelt my name wrong, spelt my husband's name wrong, and gave the wrong telephone number to the person who was delivering the hardwoods.

Never mind. We'd use them again if we had anywhere else to install hardwoods!
