I called Mike Council Plumbing to inspect/repair one backed up toilet and another toilet with an improper fill valve. Randy was the plumber who made the service call. After inspecting both toilets and giving me several options, the fill valve was replaced in the master bedroom toilet and I decided that the 14 year old toilet in the hall bath should be replaced.
