I felt technician lacked competence. The water was not shut off when the work was done and a bad valve meant that water continued to leak unnoticed by the technician from a feeder hose while the repair was progressing, causing damage to the basement ceiling and an unnecessary water spill between floors of my home. Even after this leak was pointed out to the technician, he still didn't turn the water supply off or investigate why the water was still running. This accident was partly caused by the bad valve and partly by the technician's incompetence. It took the technician over five hours to replace a single faucet, and I had to stop the repair and suggest corrections to the work being done.
