Buyer beware! This is the most unethical company I have ever encountered. I was overcharged by $6000, lied to about my warranty on a piece of equipment they installed, and in an effort to squeeze even more money out of me - a widow who knows nothing about plumbing - a further attempt was made to charge $9000 to the credit card they had on file. What they tried to do to me makes me sick. A report has been filed with the BBB and my attorney is now working with me. Unless you want to support unethical business practices and possibly be its victim, stay away from "Friendly."
