I had a bad experience getting my air conditioner started last week. I have an Ecobee thermostat. Got in touch with Ecobee in Toronto through their website, but the fix included pulling wires out of the furnace control panel. When I did this, the steam humidifier wires came out too. Also, my Ecobee lost WiFi. Called Friendly Plumber and asked for Gage. Putting this back together was no problem for him. What a relief! Thank you Gage!!!
