Eddie is a good mechanic. I had two experiences with Detroit Auto Body in a rather short time frame. The first time I was whacked by another driver on the side of my new Lexus, and then a little later I proceeded to tail into a guy during stop and go traffic. Eddie had just finished the first repair when I had to come back for him to do work on my bumper.

Not only did Eddie handle the situations quickly, but I presume the pricing was very fair, because the other people paying for it bought his bid. I was very pleased with the job he did.

I had a little problem with a widow closing, and he took a couple of days hard work to fix it. I am pleased how he stayed with the problem rather than having me live with a car with a noise in the widow. He wouldn't quit until he knew what caused the issue. Now I have a nice, quiet ride in my car, which is what I expect.

He only took two and a half days for the bumper, and I had anticipated a week. He jumped right on it, no questions asked.

There are two gentlemen at Detroit Auto Body, Eddie and his partner Larry. They really run a good team. When Eddie is away and Larry takes the call he picks the ball right up as if it was Eddie. Both of them interface extremely well together and make an excellent team. Usually you only want to work with one person, but in this instance it is not a big deal to work with both of them. They handle their customers extremely well.
