I bought some parts from Mobile West and have had to return them twice. I purchased some boat speakers for my shop and had to go back to them because of the controller that wasn't working. It could be the manufacturer that's causing the problem, but the fact that I had to go back twice for the controller kind of didn't make me happy. And, I have some equipment that still hasn't been fixed.

It's not Mobile West's fault because the gear I'm buying is messed up from the manufacturer. But the fact that I had to go back twice didn't help my experience. If I had bought the same products somewhere else, they also might not have worked. Mobile West just happened to have two products that were faulty.
