I wouldn't take my car anywhere except Eilenberger's Automotive. We have been using them for about 2 years, after they were recommended to me by my hair dresser. There are so many times when they could have given me new brakes or other repairs, but they would tell me that I just needed it to be cleaned. They are honest and do a great job fixing the car.

You do have to be patient when going there. Their mechanics are so good that everyone wants their cars fixed, so they are busy. Everyone wants their cars done right away, so sometimes they are not able to meet deadlines. However, good things come to those who wait and are patient, so your car will be fixed right. They are honest, dependable, and reliable.

We recently purchased a new car, and we took several used cars to Eilenberger's to get them checked out. They would tell us if they were worth buying, or what needed to be fixed, all free of charge. I think that is a wonderful service. I highly recommend them to people I know, and they always tell me they are going to keep bringing their cars back.

We had some friends visiting for an art show, and their van was having trouble. It was taking Eilenberger's a little while to pinpoint exactly what the problem was, so they offered to haul all their stuff to the art show and lend us a car! They finally fixed the problem that had been causing issues for years. My friend said their service made him wish he lived here so that he could use them as his mechanic.

Aaron's customer service skills are fabulous. He has a great sense of humor and has good fact finding skills so that he can pinpoint the problem. They do great work.
