Technician arrived on time for our scheduled appt and I was able to obtain an appt easily. The downside was that I was given a very high quote to put a drain pan under my water heater & was quoted $700 to repair a vacuum breaker for my sprinklers. This seemed very high to me so I go another quote. The vacuum breaker only needed a new cap ($20 total) and I got the drain pan done for 1/2 of the price quoted to me. So, by going with someone else, I save roughly $1000. This seems inexcusable to me and leads me to believe either the technician didn't know what he was talking about or he was trying to take advantage of me. Neither is ok with me. Unfortunately, I will to be using your services again for this reason, nor will I recommend Benjamin Franklin to friends for future work.
