No Sweat Plumbing was very polite. Brian was very, very prompt. I called in Friday and he was there on Monday. The whole time he was there, I didn't feel uncomfortable. I trusted what he was doing. He let me know everything he was going to do beforehand, and afterwards he let me know what he did. I was very satisfied with the experience, and I trust his work and his guarantee. I trust that he got it done right so I won't have to fix it again.
