Brian did a wonderful job installing and servicing our fans, a light switch, and a surge protector. The only complaint I have is that I left a message (I spoke with a live person in your office) to have him come out on 9/5 in the early morning and by 4:45pm the same day nobody had gotten back to me to confirm. This was on the Fri. of Labor Day Weekend so I had to call your office again. I think I was forgotten.
