Recently met with Bill W to have my winter maintenance done. He was very thorough, first showing me what appeared to be a water stain on the metal frame due to a leak in the system; however it was not leaking at the time of his inspection so for now will have to wait and see if a future repair will be necessary. Also, discussed the pros and cons of using the various types of furnace air filters and their merv ratings. Overall, Bill did an excellent job in servicing my system and would recommend the Carrano company to my neighbors.
