My technician, Paul, did an EXCELLENT job servicing my furnace! He called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way and showed up right on time! Finally a service company that shows up when they say they will!!! He did a comprehensive inspection and explained every step of the process to me. As an engineer, I understood the details of my heat exchanger, but was impressed with his ability to explain everything in a way that a novice could easily understand. I think that helps customers understand their HVAC needs and make decisions with more ease. Paul extensively cleaned my system with the most astute attention to detail! I was impressed! He even cleaned up after himself once the repair and cleaning of the system was complete! Not only was he great at his job, but he was courteous and nice to chat with as he did his work. I am thankful for Paul's service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Donmar Company to anyone with an HVAC issue!!! I'm so impressed that I wrote this review minutes after my service was complete--it was that fantastic that it required immediate positive feedback!
