Our 10 year old through the wall Carrier unit died. We called Donmar, who looked at the unit, determined that it was dead, took measurements, and promised to get back to us. Nothing for two days, we called Donmar and was told that they had two calls into companies that handle the ac unit we needed but hadn't been called back. Two more days went by. Nothing. We called again and were told that Donmar had still hear nothing new. It was over 100 degrees! Call Donmar only if you want to lose weight sweating in 100 degree heat waiting (in vain) to hear from them. $79 wasted.
