Well , not even six months after I had the work done I find myself on the side of the highway because the transmission failed while I was accelerating to change lanes. I was more concerned about my elderly grandmother who was in my truck at the time. When I called budget they reported that their flat bed truck was down and it will be some time before they could come pick it up. All faith that I had in the job has come crashing down I will give update on professionalism and work once the do pick up my truck. Concerned customer.
