My experience with Bob Thomas Carstar Collision Center was good as an accident can be. They were extremely helpful.

I flew back home to California and left the car there for them to work on while we were away. They got me to the airport, calling before picking me up, and were very responsive. They went above and beyond when checking everything to make sure the care was drivable if we chose to have it repaired (it was totaled). They even suggested new tires to make sure we were safe on the road.
