My furnace quit on a Saturday evening in January. Not a good time to be without heat to say the least. Steve was very prompt in calling me back immediately. He had a great attitude, showed up quickly to fix the problem, offered to bring space heaters,and answered all of my questionsas well. To his boss Will,I thank you for being willing to take a call on Saturday eve and working with me to make sure I didnt go without heat! Garry, the other service man who came out was kind and courteous also. And,last but not least , let me say that dealing with Sarah in regards to the financial end was the icing on the cake. She was wonderful and friendly and took extra care to protect my financial information. Thanks to all of you.I am grateful I called PVAir!
