Not what I expect from their literature and the owner's comments
Poudre Valley Air has done by-yearly heating and A/C check ups. My biggest frustration has been that even though I pay extra to have them when I need them, it takes them two weeks to come out when I call. I've talked to the owner about it before and nothing's happened yet.
