No show

Called PVA around noon. Was surprised to hear they could have someone out the same day. Dispatcher said it would be around 5 and was clear to say office closes at 5 but tech will call.

Received another call around 4. Lady informed me office would be closed but a tech WILL be there after 5.

5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm - gave up...

No one showed, no call. Nothing.

I would much rather a company tell me that they cannot appear until such and such a day than to promise a same day appointment they cannot keep and do not call about.

We are very sorry. This was a mistake made on our part at the end of the day. We took care of this mistake the very next morning. We will be double-checking our after office hours service calls before we are sending them out in order to ensure we are sending out the correct ones! We are human and do make mistakes. Again, we apologize, and we hope that this issue has been resolved.
