They were very good to work with. My only hesitancy in using Poudre Valley Air was that they were not able to detect a problem the first time, so we had to hire them to come out again.

The first time they came out was to repair the outside AC unit. When they did that, they also checked the furnace inside. Then, a couple weeks later, the furnace had problems, and we had to have them come out again. Both times, they came out, were very helpful, and fixed problems. We just had to have them out twice, and it cost us double.
