I really like how everything is automated. It is nice to have the rent electronically deposited. I have changed renters once since using Twin Cities Home Rental and the process was so smooth. I was curious about raising the rent, but everything happened so quickly that I didn't address it. It would be nice to look into that in the future. Overall, everyone who I have interacted with has been extremely helpful and great to work with. I have recommended the company to one friend who has been using Twin Cities Home Rental for over a year, and I have recommended the company to a couple of other friends. Thanks for the great service!!
