J&K Complete Services recently did some carpet cleaning and got out stains that no one has ever succeeded in getting out. Matt and Norman are unobtrusive and work quickly and very effectively. Jimmy also came out for one job that was quite complicated--and hit a home run. And, Katie is great to deal with on the inside. It's easy to make an appointment: I just picked up the phone and Katie had me on the schedule.

The way they clean gives me confidence in knowing there are still good companies doing good work. It's really a company of integrity. They do what they say, and my guess is that if an issue were to come up, they'd resolve it. They are just good, solid people.
