I saw a bit of light smoke while I was in traffic so I called them and they came out to me and had a look to put my mind at ease. They offered to put more water/antifreeze in the radiator but they really take care of you and I don't feel crazy stopping by to have them check the air pressure or any service.

They know I fear problems with tires or brakes, and they are conscientious of that. They have a service to take me to my house and then pick me up and bring me to my car-it is like having a cousin fix your car and take care of you. They also offer very fair prices.

Once when my old car broke down on the road, they walked me through fixing the situation over the phone. They even recommended a local shop near where I broke down to walk to so that I could feel safe and get my car fixed. They are just honest, good people.
