Was closing on a house, needed the foam roof to be fully replaced. Had 2 other quotes that both came with a 5 year warranty. Was gonna go with 1 of them, however they couldn't do it in time. So, I found R and S and they fit me in their schedule and gave me double the warranty for only 100 more. Did a perfect job too!!!!!!!!!!!!
