Repair time frame missed big time . Over all nice job other then that.

I was told the repair would take a day or two it ended up taking over a week. I brought the car in 4 days before I dropped it off to get fixed. No parts were ordered. Service was great. The repair looks good. If you say a day or two that means a day or two not over a week. Parts should have been ordered ahead of time. Not after the car is taken apart when I was able to drive it.

Thank you Robert for taking the time to leave a review. Many times in this industry it is impossible to give an accurate timeframe with the vehicle still assembled. In the case of your repair, there was structural damage under the bumper cover and also additional parts that were found to be broken upon disassembly. Preordering parts would have not reduced repair time for that very reason. I am sorry if our initial impression of the repair was incorrect. I am glad that we were able to finish the repair by the day that we said it would be done after all the damage was found.
