Very satisfied with end result but could have been better with evaluating the length if time it would take to complete and the communication of that. we had to call every other day to get an update and it was still delayed over a week after it was promised. Website provided no info or update except for an occasional weekly new picture. I even emailed the inbox once and got no response!
