Southend Auto Care seems to be very knowledgeable. Any time I have had a problem they have tried to fix it. I currently have a problem with shifting in my 2008 van, and Southend Auto Care is checking to see if it is under warranty or what can be done about it.

Basically, I have my oil changed there, and I had a Crown Vic that I took to them with any type of problem. They have always been accommodating, and they are Christian. They are honest and always take the time to explain what the problem is and how it can be solved. The quality is excellent. If you don't have a mechanic yet, see them.
