Pretty good overall, but they need to be mindful of the little details.
FCC Collision Centers fixed my BMW 328i after a collision in a parking lot. They replaced one of my tires that was damaged. Overall, their service was good, but I have a few suggestions. It would have been nice if they cleaned my vehicle before returning it. Most of all, they should have double-checked to make sure they fixed everything before returning it. For instance, they did not remember to reset the computer after the job was finished. I would have also liked it if they followed up with me after the service. Other than that, their work was good.
